The $99 is a minimum fee for patients paying without insurance. It covers a limited, problem-focused emergency exam (ADA code D0140) and the X-ray needed to diagnose the tooth. Treatment is priced separately and quoted to you in writing before any work starts.

Parking on site. We're on US 41 (South Tamiami Trail) in Osprey, about a mile south of Historic Spanish Point and about a mile north of Blackburn Point Road.

Directions
From Sarasota, Gulf Gate or Vamo: take US 41 south. You'll pass Historic Spanish Point on the bay side, and the office is about a mile farther on.
From Palmer Ranch: Central Sarasota Parkway west to US 41, then south. From the south end of Palmer Ranch, Honore Avenue to State Road 681 west to US 41 is quicker.
From Venice, Nokomis or Laurel: US 41 north through Laurel. From Venice Avenue, cross the Hatchett Creek bridge and stay on US 41.
From Interstate 75: exit 200 to State Road 681 (the Venice Connector) west. It meets US 41 just south of Osprey; turn north and you're minutes away.
